A Bamana Nassuba sculpture, of the Sogola village, Tamani region, about 60 km from Segou, standing on a circular base, shortened legs, the hands close to the abdomen, the breasts conical, the rectangular shoulders are surmounted by an eleongated, columnar neck and a globular head with a flattened fascial plane and a comblike, domed coiffure; blackened, aged patina with several authentic repairs in form of metal brackets partly covered by a sacrification patina.
