A "Chanteur" mask, Ivory Coast/Liberia, with blackened surface, a protruding mouth with metal teeth, beneath a broard, triangular hook-nose, framed by bulging coffeebean eyes, pierced through,rows of cowrie shells on top, at the base animal teeths and numerous brass bells, surrounded by a raffia goatee; traces of white to yellow pigments around the bulging eyes.
