A Fang Byeri sculpture, Gabon, unlike the classic, old Byeri figures, this figure is carved relatively roughly, which speaks for a recent figure. On the other hand, there is a cavity in the skull, which is accessible through a hole about one centimeter in size. There are traces of sulphurous colored powder. Quite unusual for a figure made for the market. Although the figure is not very old, it could be a testament to the cult rituals that have continued in the Fang to the present day.
