A Tussian Plank Mask, Burkina Faso, of a stylized bird, with circular eyes surrounded with reddish pearls, the head fixed with leather strings, at the rim numerous holes for a raffia attachment, which doesn't exist anymore; remnants of white kaolin and dark pigments on light, middle heavy wood, collected close to Banfora, Southern Burkina Faso.
