A male Yoruba bronze in kneeing position, the thin arms bent circular with the hands gripping the nipples, the strong neck supporting a big ovoid head with small animal ears, widely bulging eyes and under the smiling mouth with a pipe between the lips a thin beard and leave-like ornaments, several oval breakthroughs on thighs, torso and shoulders; oxidised patina, probably 18th to 19th century, incl. base.
