An Ijebu Ibeji couple from Iperu, may be attributed to the workshop of ONAMOSUN, standing on round bases, the back smooth without the carved backbone, the genitalia little emphasized and small but detailed, the navel carved, the shoulders rounded, the neck strong, the nose long with well emphasized nostrils. Identifying elements are the eyebrows meeting in the middle and forming an almost horizontal line, the big eyes which are semicircular and bordered all around and the hands having a particular shape. The female figure has her hair swept back, the male figure wears a short cylindrical hat. Delicately aged patina, remains of Camwood and Reckitt's Crown Blue.
