 A rare pair of Tiv bronzes from Nigeria, originally used by the Tiv tribal people and neighbouring tribal groups as shrine figures in certain secret ceremonies. It is made of well-cast heavy solid bronze and shows two figures with elated facial expressions in interesting movement. |
