A Benin Kola Nut container made of yellow cast-alloy (brass) in Lost Wax Casting, in the shape of a Leopard´s head, the mouth which looks like it is grinning shows four fangs and further teeth, four whiskers stretching left and right from the long straight nose, the almond-shaped eyes bordered all around, eyelashes indicated, leaf- or feather-like ears, the surface decorated with circles and dots, traces of use.
