An Afo maternity, these sculptures often depict female figures accompanied by children and are made for shrines dedicated to various deities. This statue shows a seated female figure with two small children on her back and two smaller child figures sucking on her breasts, the breasts are worked with similar line patterns as the hairstyle, damage due to age and weathering especially on the right arm, the feet and on the rear child figures; dark patina with encrustations.
