A Guro mask of a hare, Ivory Coast, of hollow oval form, a very pointed mouth beneath a short nose, framed by very narrow openworked eyes, the ears painted white, an incised coiffure, pierced through at the rim for attachment; brown to reddish partly shiney surface, traces of age and ritual use.
