An Igala or Afo sculpture, Nigeria, close to the Bénoué river, standing on her two feet, knees slightly bent, rings around her waist, protruding belly, short arms near her waist, long tall cylindric neck carrying her oval shaped head, carved beauifully composed of small lips at the end of the jaw, a stout nose, large coffee beans eyes bulging, the hairdoe is quite prominent composed of rounded pieces; signs of use, chipped, cracks.
