A Djimni mask from the Ivory Coast with a square mouth, small nose and slit eyes, the lids painted white and the eyebrows carved with a checkered motif that is coloured blue, on either sides of the cheeks is diagonal scarification mark and horizontal scarification on both sides of the mouth and has two small ears; the rest of the mask is marked by its impressive protrusions fro below the ears like handles and the coiffure that protrudes in a high ponytail like manner and splits in two.
